One creature of your choice within range must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 10 feet in a straight line towards you and take 1d6 lightning damage. Then you may make a melee attack against the target if it is within your melee reach. The attack deals normal damage. \\

At higher levels the spell deals increased damage and can pull further (in case you extend the range somehow). \\
At 5th level the spell deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage, and can pull up to 15 feet. \\ 
At 11th level the spell deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage and can pull up to 20 feet. \\ 
At 17th level the spell deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage and can pull up to 25 feet.

**Original Text:** "You create a lash of lightning energy that strikes at one creature of your choice that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 10 feet in a straight line toward you and then take 1d8 lightning damage if it is within 5 feet of you." \\

**Issues:** Low damage for melee-range. Damage situational. A lot worse than Thorn Whip.\\
\\
**Solution:** Allow melee-attack similarly to other swordmage cantrips. Make damage less situational. \\
\\
**Comments:** Similarly to GFB/BB I added a material component, and I felt it could use some pull-scaling for sorcerers with extend spell, or casters with the spell sniper feat. \\
