Stackable: Allows multiple instances to affect the same target simultaneously. Curse: Effect may persist after initial spell runs out. The range of a spell is usually given as Close, Medium or Long. \\ Close range is up to 30 feet away from the caster. If using a battlemap this is equal to 6 squares. \\ Medium range is up to 100 feet away from the caster. On a battlemap this is equal to 20 squares. \\ Long range is up to 400 feet away from the caster. You probably shouldn't try to count 80 squares on a battlemap. \\ \\ Range is determined by selecting a square, this square is the "origin square" and range is counted from all edges of this square. \\ //A fireball deals damage to every creature within 15' of the origin square. Someone casting a fireball would have to select an origin square within Long range (400 feet). \\ Every creature within 3 squares of the origin square would then be affected by the spell (remember every other diagonal square counts as 2). And would have to roll a save as normal. \\ This gives the fireball a total diameter of 7 squares at it's widest part, 1 for origin square and 3 in every direction.//
