Honomoto Katsumi is the fifth child, third daughter of the Honomoto family.
A dragonborn like her siblings she has much to prove and has barely been given purchase to do it.
She received adequate schooling with a private tutor paid for by her family.

On the grounds housing the Honomoto estate is the estate itself on a small hill overlooking a tiny lake. 
On the other side of the lake is the marshalling fields, which is where the general population can be equipped, drilled, and marshalled in case of a call to arms. 
At the far end of the grounds lies a decrepit older building housing the Honomoto School of Calligraphy, Swordplay, and Etiquette. 
It has seen better days but is still in operation - though it is not terribly popular.

Katsumi hurls forth a mass of fire that takes shape like a large Asian dragon. With the roar of fire this dragon will fly forth and engulf all victims, returning to chow down on a single of the victims unfortunate enough to escape its initial ire.

With a stomp in the ground, several cracks shoot from Katsumi's feet towards four different destinations. But these are not regular cracks, they stem from the pole of the south itself and once they reach their destination erupts in giant plumes of fire.
