Problems

  • Favored Dodge not included. It would give +5 dodge bonus against dwarves.
    You have two feats too many. You get 7 from being 13th level, and 1 from being human. You have ten feats.
    Fortunately you get another at level 15.
  • Attack bonus is strange, off by at least 2, somewhere less, somewhere more.
  • Saves are 1 too high, base rogue saves at level 6 is +2/+5/+2
  • Hitpoints not exactly average, did you roll them at some point?
  • Skills have not been updated for level 14.
  • Missing 2 traits.
  • When spelling Rogue the u comes after the g. Rouge is a color.

Suggestions

  • Take Archery with the ranger instead of Two-Weapon combat. Then you can get Rapid Shot without having to take PBS. (PBS is however also a prereq for far shot.)
  • Exchange Offensive Defense with Trick Shot. OD only works on stuff you sneak attack. Trick Shot allows you to feint when not in melee.
  • Exchange Assault Leader with Melee Archer, that increases your dagger's Reach to by 5' (Allowing you to flank further away) (Nonthreatening reach).
  • Replace Butterfly's Sting with Deadly Aim. (-4 atk +8 dmg)
  • Replace Improved Favored Enemy with Clustered Shots. (Add the damage of all attacks in a round rogether before subtracting Damage Reduction.)

Options

  • Replace Favored Class Bonus with Human Favored Class bonus and gain one additional Rogue Talent (Which can replace the missing feat)
  • Taking the Scout Archetype costs you uncanny dodge and improved uncanny dodge, but allows you to sneak attack on charges, or in any turn you've moved 10' or more.
  • Replace Point Blank Shot with Desperate Battler which does the same, but instead of triggering when foe is within 30', it triggers when allies ARE NOT within 10'.
    However note this is worse if you exchange Assault Leader with Melee Archer. I listed it as an option nonetheless.
  • Disengaging Shot allows you to run away and sneak attack more.

Equipment Suggestion

  • (18k) Goggles of the Ebon Hunter (MIC.108): grants Darkvision 30', +1 ranged atk & dmg
  • (10k) Bracers of Wind (MIC.??): gives +2 ranged atk and +2 AC vs. ranged attacks
  • ( 5k) Blinkback Belt (PFSRD): Replaces gauntlets and allows you regularly enchantable daggers.
  • Replace Candle of Truth with Everburning Candle of Truth. Costs 1300 more, isn't spent when burned but only functions 1/day. (4800 total cost)
  • You REALLY don't need that large a bag of holding.
  • I bet you forgot all about your boots of agile leaping that allows you to use dex on jump checks instead of str, and stand from prone as a swift action.

WILD Suggestions

  • Get rid of Oracle levels, you never use them, you don't remember their features (haunted) and you can get a mug that turns water into ale for 2000gp
  • Get rid of Ranger levels, we'll never encounter dwarves, and unfortunately you only use two other class features that can be gained by either going fighter, or rogue, and buying a trained monkey.
  • Replacing them both with fighter, and taking your 15th level as fighter (Rogue6/Fighter9) gives you +3 atk & +2 dmg among other things
    You do lose a few features from Oracle and Ranger, but none noteworthy and you gain 5 bonus feats to make up for them.
    You also gain access to fighter-only feats which will help your attacks and defense.
