Weapon Damage is added to the damage rolls of Light and Heavy attacks.
Armor Penetration X ignores -X Armor Rating.
Range X/Y shows how far a bow can shoot without penalties (X) and how far it can shoot with penalties (Y). Anything beyond Y is out of reach.
Reach X shows that the weapon can be used to attack at a greater distance than melee (which is 5 ft.).
Armor
Armor comes in three variaties: Light, Medium and Heavy. And then there is Shields.
Light armor is made of cloth and generally offers little to no physical protection. On the other hand, it doesn't confer any penalties to your movement or Guard as the other armors do.
Medium armor is made of leather, hide and chain. It offers some mediocre protection against physical attacks, at the cost of some maneuverability.
Heavy armor consists of plates and scales. It offers the best protection but also reduces your mobility considerably.
Shields grant a small bonus to your Guard score.

Bulk is subtracted from Guard.
Armor Rating is subtracted from incoming damage.
