Skilltricks

A skilltrick is a “minifeat” bought from skillpoints, note that skillpoints can be saved through levels to use at the next level for expensive skilltricks.

Skill Descriptions

A

Advanced Skill Emphasis
Cost: 2 sp
Requirement: Skill Emphasis (ST) with chosen skill you want to emphasis, +3 or more ranks in the skill you want to emphasis.
Benefit: Gain a +3 Emphasis bonus to the same skill you have +3 ranks in, and have chosen for this emphasis.
Note: Emphasis bonuses does not stack. You can take this feat multiple times, each time it applies to a different skill.

Animal Bond
Cost: 4 sp
Requirement: Animal Trainer (ST), 2 or more ranks in Animal Empathy (S).
Benefit: Gain an Animal Companion (that doesnt scale with level), this animal companion can learn 1 extra trick per rank in Animal Empathy (S) you have. This is often good to cover some basic skill you dont have, following basic orders (Guard, Fetch, Track), or just being a fun sidekick.
Note: Further rules will come later.

Animal Trainer
Cost: 1 sp
Requirements: 1 or more ranks in Animal Empathy.
Benefit: Can train animals with “Tricks”, and “Tricks” are basic orders for animals to follow, like guard this place, or follow me.

Con Artist
Cost: 2 sp
Requirement: 1 or more ranks in Bluff, 1 or more ranks in Perform
Benefit: Character makes a Entertain/Perform check, to be either a street-salesman or take alot of attention otherhow. You spend alot of time acting like you are gonna sell one or several items extremely cheap, so most people will send their attention your way.

Evaluate Enemy
Cost: 2 sp
Requirements: 2 or more ranks in Sense Motive
Benefit: The character can evaluate an enemy, dependant on how long time a character uses to try and evaluate the enemy, the enemy have a chance to detect whether he is trying to find out or not.

Rules: When called, the character with the skill trick decides how long time he will use doing this action, and after the used time the evaluating character and the evaluated enemy makes an opposed roll, evaluator rolls a Sense Motive (With the given bonus), and the evaluated rolls a bluff check. If successfull you gain details on how tough the opponent is (based on effective character level)

Improved Tumble
Cost: 3 sp
Requirement: 1 or more ranks in Acrobatics, 6 or more Mobility.
Benefit: Automaticly succeed any tumble rolls made to avoid attacks of opportunity provoked by moving.
Note: Normal: You have to roll for each square you want to tumble.

Mimic
Cost: 2 sp
Requirements: 2 or more ranks in Bluff/Disguise.
Benefit: When you have heard another person speak, you can reherse 15 minutes to tune your voice to sound like the one you heard. This means when you make a Disguise check to hide as another person, you can spend the 15 minutes to sound like him too, so you can “effectively” trick other people to think you are him. Also, when you are disguised as another person, you succeed any bluff check to seem as the disguised person until you meet someone familiar with the person you are disguised as.

Skill Emphasis

Requirement: -
Benefit: Gain a +2 Emphasis bonus to the same skill you have a +4 bonus on, and have chosen for this emphasis.
Note: Emphasis bonuses does not stack. You can take this feat multiple times, each time it applies to a different skill.

Skill Expertise
Cost: 2 sp
Requirement: 2 or more ranks in the chosen skill.
Benefit: Each time you roll a roll for the chosen skill, if the dice roll ends up at any cipher between (and including) 2-6, you treat the dice as if you have rolled a 7.
Note: You can take this feat multiple times, each time it applies to a different skill.

Speed Freak
Cost: 1 sp
Requirements: -
Benefit: When you are piloting a vehicle, moving at a speed equal to 90% to its max speed or faster, you gain a +2 Stacking bonus on pilot checks to pilot the vehicle.

Tumble
Cost: 1 sp
Requirements: -
Benefit: You can use your Acrobatics skill to tumble through combat, avoiding “Attack of Opportunity” granted by moving into or out of squares. This benefitss especially in melee fights where you will normally grant combat advantage by moving. DC depends on how many attacks opponents you have to avoid and whether the terain is difficult, for DC Consult the chart below.

Requirements: +6 Total Bonus to Perception
Benefit: You can Track people or creatures just like the D&D 3.5e feat “Track”. Better description later
