To select this feat you must have taken attribute training (Ability) with the chosen ability.

Instead of making a touch attack with a ray or touch-range spell, you may make a melee attack instead. If the attack hits, you deal normal weapon damage and deliver the spell as normal; if you miss, the spell is wasted.

Whenever you get an attack with you main hand, you may attack with a weapon in your off hand but both attacks get -2 attack, and -2 damage.
