Bonuses with the same name do not stack. Stackable Bonuses are the sole exception and do stack.
Class Skills have been removed.
Everybody can gain focus by spending a Major+Move action. Focus can be spent to allow or enhance certain actions.
Spend Focus to Aim as a free action.
Spend Focus to reduce damage from a single incoming attack by 10.
Spell resistance have been turned into an immunity to spell of a certain level and below. Spell Resistance 3 would render the subject completely immune to any effects of 3rd spell level or lower that allows spell resistance.
